The Kyiv City State Administration (KMDA) said household tariffs for thermal energy, central heating and hot water will not change during the 2026–2027 heating season. The announcement covers residential consumers and aims to keep household costs steady while the season runs.

KMDA also said heat-supplying companies must calculate economically justified tariffs because the previous rates have expired and production, transport and supply costs have been updated. Economically justified tariffs already approved for Kyivteploenergo and TOV EVRO-REKONSTRUKTSIYA will apply to budgetary institutions, other consumer categories and religious organisations.

Separately, Kyiv City Council on 3 September supported raising the water-supply and sewage tariff to 63.79 UAH per cubic metre; Mayor Vitali Klitschko has said the water sector faces critical problems that require tariff adjustments. Check official KMDA notices for any further changes or implementation details.
