Ukrzaliznytsia announced it will run 18 extra Kyiv City Express shuttle services between Vydubychi and Darnytsia from 5 to 9 October. The temporary measure responds to heavier-than-usual traffic across Kyiv’s bridges and aims to help passengers reach work, appointments, or home during peak hours.

Additional shuttle trains will operate in morning and evening windows — 06:00–09:00 and 16:00–21:00. Boarding and alighting at Vydubychi will take place from track 3; at Darnytsia the shuttles will use track 1 or 2, so passengers are asked to follow station announcements. The shuttles will also stop at Berezniaky.

Passengers can also use regular suburban and regional trains that stop at Vydubychi and Darnytsia (services to Nizhyn, Hrebinka, Konotop, and Slavutych); suburban trains additionally stop at Berezniaky. During peak hours, the combination of shuttles and regular services can result in up to six trains running between the banks. Tickets are available in the Ukrzaliznytsia mobile app.
