Kyiv launches Telegram medical chatbot to find doctors and book appointments AI

On Oct. 5, 2026 Kyiv City State Administration (KMDA) said the Department of Health has launched an online medical chatbot available in Telegram. The assistant helps residents find facilities by district, book consultations and diagnostics, check on-call services, and locate mental-health and veteran support. The bot centralises Kyiv health links and e‑appointment access, letting residents skip calls and queues and reach urgent or specialised services from their phones.

Kyiv’s Department of Health has introduced an online medical chatbot, the city administration reported on Oct. 5, 2026. The assistant is available in the Telegram messenger and is intended to speed up access to city medical services without phone calls or long website searches.

The chatbot can locate medical facilities by Kyiv district, help users book consultations or diagnostic tests, point to which clinics are operating in emergency mode, and link directly to the city’s online appointment system. It also provides information on municipal medical programmes, services for servicemembers and veterans and their families, and mental‑health and psychological support resources.

KMDA says it has also updated and unified links to electronic appointment and related medical services to simplify searches and promote information and digital accessibility for residents. Users should access the bot through Telegram to start searches and bookings.
