The Kyiv City Department of Health has rolled out a medical-navigation chatbot, "Online Assistant DOZ," available in Telegram. The service provides verified information on where to seek care, how to book consultations or diagnostic exams, and which medical facilities are on urgent duty across Kyiv.
The chatbot includes listings of hospitals, consultative-diagnostic centres and other municipal medical facilities by district, plus information on city health programmes, services for servicemembers and veterans, and mental-health and psychological support. Department director Tetyana Mostepan said the tool shortens the time needed to find services and makes interaction with the health system more efficient and comfortable.
Alongside the chatbot launch, the Department updated and unified links to electronic booking systems and digital services in cooperation with medical facilities to simplify users' transition from search to direct appointment booking. The chatbot can be accessed through Telegram; users should check the Department of Health or the bot itself for the correct link or username.
