DTEK has applied a stabilisation outage schedule in Kyiv region on 6 October 2026 at the request of NEK Ukrenergo. The published timetable divides consumers into sub-queues and lists specific windows when electricity may be switched off. Affected sub-queues are 5.1 and 5.2 (15:00–17:30, about 2.5 hours), 1.1 and 1.2 (17:00–20:30, about 3 hours 30 minutes), and 3.1 and 3.2 (20:00–24:00, up to 4 hours).
According to the schedule, sub-queues 2.1, 2.2, 4.1, 4.2, 6.1 and 6.2 have no planned cuts and should remain powered all day. The earliest planned interruption starts at 15:00 and the last window ends at 00:00. DTEK notes the situation can change if Ukrenergo adjusts required restrictions.
Residents are advised to verify the outage window for their exact address via official DTEK services before the scheduled time and to prepare accordingly: charge phones and power banks, secure lighting and water, and disconnect sensitive equipment.
