Local site Grani Kyiv reports that from 6 October 2026 the city’s green metro line no longer matches the continuous solid line shown on some maps during peak hours: trains are alternatingly turned back at Vydubychi. The change means some peak services will short‑turn at Vydubychi instead of continuing along the full route.

Commuters travelling during morning and evening rush periods should follow platform displays and station announcements. Printed or digital schematics and some apps may still show uninterrupted service, so allow extra time and be prepared to change trains. For the most current information, check Kyiv Metro notices at stations or official Kyiv Metro channels before you travel.
