Security guards interrupted the theft and the man fled; on his way home he threw stones at the windows of a local lyceum, according to the police account.
Patrol officers spotted and detained the suspect with the stolen sack. Investigators from the Sviatoshynskyi police department have charged him under part 4 of Article 186 (robbery) and part 1 of Article 296 (hooliganism); the Sviatoshynska district prosecutor’s office is leading the case.
