Pereiaslav’s municipal utility announced on its Facebook page that teams are carrying out a major replacement of the central sewer (wastewater) network on 14 August 2026. Work is focused on Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Street near building numbers 38 and 40 and on streets that branch off that section.

The utility, Pereiaslav Municipal Enterprise KP VUKG, warned that the repairs may cause temporary inconveniences for nearby residents, including restricted vehicle movement and short-term limits in municipal services. The crews asked for residents’ understanding and apologised for disruption, while wishing the community a peaceful day and a pleasant weekend.
