The ninth Bouquet Kyiv Stage festival is taking place on the grounds of the National Sanctuary Sofia Kyivska in Kyiv under the theme “Armed with Beauty.” The program gathers Ukrainian and international artists, including a Lazarevska retrospective, an opera by Alla Zahaikevych, Chopin by Radoslav Sobchak and Israel’s Yogev Shetrit Trio. A rare multi-day classical and contemporary-arts series staged inside the Sofia Kyivska complex — easy to visit from central Kyiv and timed for mid‑August cultural nights.

Bouquet Kyiv Stage 2026 opened at the National Sanctuary Sofia Kyivska as the festival’s ninth edition. Organizers framed this year’s program under the theme “Armed with Beauty,” saying the festival reflects culture, memory and a form of strength that preserves what has no weapons.

The festival program presented a mix of exhibitions and live music. Visitors saw a retrospective exhibition by Yuliia Lazarevska (“Time of Manifestation”), a concert performance of an opera by composer Alla Zahaikevych inspired by poet Oleh Lysheha with guest vocalist Yuliia Roma, a Chopin program by Polish pianist Radoslav Sobchak, and a set by the Israeli jazz group Yogev Shetrit Trio.

Bouquet Kyiv Stage was founded in 2018 by the cultural centre Dom Master Klass together with the National Sanctuary Sofia Kyivska. The non‑commercial project brings international performers to Kyiv’s heritage site and has continued annually despite the pandemic and the full‑scale war.
