On 17 August 2026 Tarashchanska city council reported the conclusion of the "Space for Youth" (Prostir dlya molodi) competition. Eighteen applications were submitted and their authors gave public presentations explaining concepts, expected outcomes and budgets.
A contest commission chose three winners who split a 60,000 UAH prize fund. First place went to Alina Vovchenko for the project "SET hromady" (30,000 UAH). Second place went to Oksana Danylkiv for "Central Park. Space for All Generations" (20,000 UAH). Third place was awarded to Dmytro Grechinsky for "Arena of Champions" (10,000 UAH).
The prize fund was formed by Tarashch city mayor Mykhailo Kryvosheyev together with Olexandr Voloshyn, director of Ukrainian Chemical Alliance. Organizers thanked all participants and said the competition aimed to involve young residents directly in shaping local sports, recreation and leisure spaces.
