The Pereiaslav executive committee on 18 August approved a plan to tidy the city’s green spaces following a commission inspection on 12 August. Municipal services will remove a total of 12 hazardous or dead trees and perform sanitary crown work on several others.

Work will be split between two communal enterprises. One municipal utility will remove one tree at Profesiyna St., 9. The other enterprise will remove 11 trees at these locations: Bohdana Khmelnytskoho St., 137 (4 trees) and 182‑A (4 trees); Hryhoriya Skovorody St., 20 (1 tree); Soborna St., 43 (1 tree); and Fabrichna St., 1‑A (1 tree).

In addition to felling, crews will carry out crown care on four trees: Hryhoriya Skovorody St., 20 (1 tree) and Fabrichna St., 1‑A (3 trees). The decision is based on formal tree-inspection reports drawn up by the commission.
