The all‑Ukrainian cultural programme Tysyachovesna ran a series of pitch sessions in Ivano‑Frankivsk from 12–16 August 2026. Organisers say 1,215 projects were presented during four days of pitches alongside 15 professional discussions, five concerts and four theatre performances.
By the event’s conclusion, 546 teams were selected to receive state funding. The announcement highlights several winners partnered with the National Philharmonic of Ukraine, which is based in Kyiv. Those include a three‑day multidisciplinary Festival “Vsesvit Lysenka” marking Mykola Lysenko’s 185th anniversary and using an AR Treasure Hunt mobile app; “Open World,” an interdisciplinary music‑education project that will produce at least nine new works by children and mentors; and a new children’s opera, Princess Pirate, by composer Evgenia Marchuk that incorporates music‑therapeutic methods.
The programme was organised with support from the Office of the President, the Ministry of Culture and the State Agency for Arts and Arts Education.
