From 20 August 2026 Ukraine will switch on 50 additional automated traffic-enforcement complexes, bringing the national network to 426. Six of the new devices will operate on Kyiv-region roads (including on H-01, R-69, N-07 and M-01-01 routes), affecting drivers entering and leaving the capital. Drivers who commute into Kyiv or travel between the city and suburbs should note new fixed control points on major approaches and re-check familiar routes.

On 20 August 2026 Ukrainian authorities will activate 50 more automated road‑traffic enforcement complexes, increasing the nationwide total to 426. The new installations are intended to detect speed violations and, where equipped, some lane or bus‑lane infractions.

Six new devices are listed for Kyiv region: 80 km+444 of route H-01 (direction Leonivka); 79 km+010 of H-01 (direction Leonivka); 27 km+784 of route R-69 (direction Kyiv HES); 2 km+817 of route N-07 (direction Hoholiv); 0 km+459 of route M-01-01 (direction Brovary); and 21 km+843 of route M-07 (direction Kyiv). Motorists who regularly use these corridors should check the exact locations before travelling.

Fines recorded by camera systems are set by current law: speeding over the limit by more than 20 km/h carries a 340 UAH fine, and exceeding by over 50 km/h carries a 1,700 UAH fine. Drivers can verify camera fines via online checking services, the Diia app, the electronic driver’s cabinet, or QR codes on issued notices.
