For January–July 2026 local budgets across Kyiv region received UAH 1.9 billion in land payments, a 24.8% increase on 2025. Bila Tserkva taxpayers accounted for UAH 148.5 million of that total, the regional administration reports, with businesses providing the bulk of receipts. Land tax and lease payments flow straight to local budgets; these figures show which Kyiv-region communities are the largest contributors and reflect municipal revenue strength.

Kyiv Regional State Administration (KODA), citing the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Kyiv region, reports that local budgets received UAH 1.9 billion in land payments for January–July 2026. That sum is 24.8% higher than the same period in 2025 and represents 7.9% of local budget revenues.

The bulk of receipts came from legal entities, which paid UAH 1.53 billion, while individual entrepreneurs (FOP) contributed UAH 366.4 million. Land payments include the land tax and rent for use of state or communal land, and these revenues are transferred directly to municipal budgets.

The top-paying communities in the region were Bila Tserkva territorial community (UAH 148.5 million), Bucha city community (UAH 110.0 million), Brovary city community (UAH 88.6 million), Kozyn settlement community (UAH 72.8 million), and Petrivska rural community (UAH 67.5 million).
