Vladyslav Kulach, 33, has been appointed player-manager of amateur side FC Mayak (Sarny) in Rivne region, the club announced on 20 August 2026. Former Dynamo Kyiv and Shakhtar Donetsk forward Vladyslav Kulach has officially taken charge of amateur club FC Mayak from Sarny (Rivne region) as a playing coach, the club’s press service announced on 20 August 2026 and Sport.ua reported.

The 33‑year‑old will combine training and match duties while preparing Mayak for upcoming fixtures, including their 1/32 Ukrainian Cup tie against SC Poltava. Alexander Zhdanyuk, who previously led the club, will stay on as sporting director.

Kulach joined Mayak in July 2026 as a free agent. Over his professional career he represented several Ukrainian clubs—including Dynamo Kyiv, Shakhtar, Olimpik Donetsk, Illichivets, Metalurh Zaporizhia, Stal, Zorya Luhansk, Vorskla, and Chornomorets—as well as teams in Turkey, Hungary, Armenia and Azerbaijan. The appointment was confirmed by the club’s press service.
