On 22 August at about 12:30 a Dacia Logan reversing at the Pereiaslav bus station struck a Kia Ceed parked behind it. Police say the Dacia driver did not ensure the maneuver was safe; there were no injuries. An administrative protocol was drawn up under Article 124 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences. Police in Pereiaslav responded to a report of a traffic collision at the town’s bus station on 22 August. Officers received the call at 12:43 and established that at about 12:30 the driver of a Dacia Logan, while reversing, failed to ensure the maneuver was safe and collided with a Kia Ceed that was behind her. There were no injuries reported at the scene.

Law enforcement drew up an administrative protocol against the Dacia driver under Article 124 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences (violations of traffic rules that caused damage to vehicles). The account was provided by Police Department No. 1 (Pereiaslav) of the Borispil district police unit, Kyiv region, and appeared in the department’s daily digest, which also recorded several grass-fire responses that day.
