On the morning of 22 August Khreschatyk is closed and Kyivpasstrans together with the Kyiv City State Administration say several bus routes have been changed. Buses 62, 110, 111 and 114 now run via Mykhailivska Square — Volodymyrska Street — Taras Shevchenko Boulevard. If you travel through the city centre, expect detours via Volodymyrska, Velyka Vasylkivska or Bohdana Khmelnytskoho streets and check Kyivpasstrans updates before leaving.

Kyivpasstrans and the Kyiv City State Administration reported on 22 August that Khreschatyk is closed in the morning and that public-transport routes have been adjusted. The notice specifically lists temporary changes to buses numbered 62, 110, 111 and 114.

Those buses are operating on a revised line: Mykhailivska Square — Volodymyrska Street — Taras Shevchenko Boulevard. Other buses and minibus services (marshrutkas) are detouring around the closed section of Khreschatyk, commonly using Volodymyrska, Velyka Vasylkivska or Bohdana Khmelnytskoho streets.

Trolleybuses are continuing on their routes but may face short delays or brief stops while the closure is in effect. Kyivpasstrans and KCSA ask passengers to monitor official social channels for further route updates and to plan trips in advance.
