Local authorities in the Pereiaslav community have approved higher prices for several household services ahead of the new school year, Proslav reports. From 1 September 2026, a one-way trip on city bus routes will cost 20 UAH for adults (up from 15 UAH). A discounted 15 UAH fare for school-age children will apply during the school period (1 September–31 May).
Municipal waste collection tariffs were adjusted earlier: the operator TOV "Pereiaslav Bud" put the new price into force on 1 August 2026. The household rate is now 72 UAH per person per month, an increase of 32 UAH from the previous 40 UAH. The published calculation cites a disposal cost of 399 UAH per cubic metre and a per-person accumulation norm of 0.18 m3.
Proslav also notes that local water supply and sewerage tariffs remain the same as set on 1 January 2026 (34.14 UAH per cubic metre for water and 62.76 UAH per cubic metre for wastewater). National energy prices for households are unchanged: electricity is fixed at 4.32 UAH/kWh (with a night rate of 2.16 UAH and a planned preferential rate from 1 October for electric-heated homes), and the Naftogaz fixed gas price remains 7.96 UAH per cubic metre under its current plan.
