Kyiv restores buses 5T, 70d, 110, 112 and trams 14, 15 after road reopening AI

On 30 August municipal operator KP Kyivpastrans reported that temporary restrictions on surface public transport were lifted. Bus routes 5T, 70d, 110 and 112 and tram routes 14 and 15 have resumed service after closures on Vulytsia Vershigory and Degtyarivska, though vehicles are running with delays. If your commute uses Vulytsia Vershigory or Degtyarivska, services are back but expect deviations from timetables and slower journeys this morning.

KP Kyivpastrans says temporary limits on Kyiv’s surface transport were canceled on 30 August after police allowed passage through the previously closed section on Vulytsia Vershigory. Yesterday evening some bus and trolleybus lines were rerouted because that stretch was closed in both directions.

According to the operator, buses 5T and 70d had been routed only as far as Vulytsia Vershigory, while buses 110 and 112 were diverted via Prospekt Shukhevych — Pivnichnyi Mist — Naberezhno‑Khreshchatytska. This morning those bus services were restored to regular movement. Tram routes 14 and 15 were also reinstated along Vulytsia Degtyarivska toward Kontraktova Square; tram service resumed at about 09:25 but is operating off schedule.

Kyivpastrans warns passengers that vehicles continue to run with deviations from timetables and recommends checking the operator’s Telegram channel for the latest route and schedule updates.
