The Bila Tserkva Department of Housing and Communal Services published an additional procurement on 25 August 2026 to contract tree removal and care, allocating over 1 million UAH from local beautification funds. The successful bidder must remove 157 trees and carry out maintenance on 150 trees — including pruning, thinning, and removal of dry branches and mistletoe — and then collect, transport and destroy the cut material. The work must be completed by the end of 2026.
Official procurement documents require bidders to demonstrate appropriate equipment, materials and technology, qualified staff, relevant experience and financial capacity. The city’s notice gives no explanation for why a second tender was announced so soon after an earlier contract.
In mid-July a separate contract was awarded to a company called Bilotserkivske Zelene Hospodarstvo for about 840,000 UAH to remove 170 dry, hazardous or defective trees and to maintain 150 trees; that contract remains in progress. Public records show the same company has taken multiple municipal contracts in the region, including planting and routine green-area maintenance.
