Obolon Kyiv has decided to cut short its training hiatus during the Ukrainian Premier League pause and will stage two friendly matches, Sport.ua reports. The club intends these control games to help the squad regain optimal condition ahead of the next UPL fixtures.

The scheduled friendlies are against Kudrivka on 26 September and against LNZ on 3 October.
