KMDA says cashless payments won't be introduced in Kyiv minibuses for now AI

Kyiv City State Administration (KMDA) announced that contactless (card) payments will not be rolled out in Kyiv's marshrutkas (minibuses) for now. According to the report, validators can be installed in this type of public transport only after a cancellation process referenced by KMDA. Many Kyiv residents rely on marshrutkas for short trips and daily commutes. The KMDA decision means passengers must continue to pay with cash on these routes and cannot yet use bank or city transport cards in minibuses.
