Kyiv launches new Medical Information Service on October 1 AI

From October 1 Kyiv will open a municipal Medical Information Service to provide callers with information about city hospitals, available medical services including free care, and a channel to leave proposals, thanks, or complaints. The helpline will operate weekdays 09:00–18:00 at (044) 451-0-451. A weekday helpline helps residents locate free services and report problems quickly; landline calls in Kyiv are free, mobile calls follow operator tariffs.

A new Medical Information Service will start operating in Kyiv on October 1. The service will answer questions about the work of municipal health facilities, available medical services — including those provided free under the Program of Medical Guarantees — and accept proposals, expressions of thanks, or complaints from Kyiv residents. It is established within the Kyiv City Information and Analytical Center for Medical Statistics as part of the city programme "Support and Development of the Capital's Healthcare Sector" for 2024–2027.

The helpline will be available Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. From October 1 callers can reach specialists at (044) 451-0-451; calls from Kyiv landlines are free, while mobile calls are charged at the caller’s operator rates. Residents can report issues such as appointment access, staff communication, organisation of services, or suspected demands for payment for services or medicines that should be guaranteed by the Program of Medical Guarantees.
